The board of GP Electronics has appointed Jaydev Mody and Javed Tapia as directors of the company with immediate effect.
Further, the board has accepted the resignations of S N Somani, Shreyas Doshi, Shyam Ghia, Adml S Jain, Ranjan Sanghi, M J Tibrewala
and Sunil Kulkarni as directors.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 14 March 2008.
