Walchandnagar Industries allots bonus equity shares
On 04 March 2008
The allotment committee of Walchandnagar Industries has allotted 1,50,22,530 bonus shares of the face value of Rs 2 each to the equity shareholders of the company in the ratio of one equity share of Rs 2 each fully paid up for every one fully paid up equity share held by the equity shareholders.
These shares were allotted at the allotment committee meeting held on 04 March 2008.
