The members of Rajoo Engineers have accorded the board to create, offer, issue and allot 4,19,000 warrants on preferential basis to the promoters / promoter group and other individual investors entitling the holder of each warrant from time to time to apply for and obtain allotment of one equity share of the face value Rs 10 each against such warrant, in such manner for cash consideration at a price of Rs 90 each by way of preferential allotment.
Further, the members have accorded the board to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 3,50,00,000 divided into 35,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 10,00,00,000 divided into 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by increase of 65,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
This was accorded at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 04 February 2008.
