Parsvnath Developers to raise funds
To increase authorised capital
The board of Parsvnath Developers has decided to increase the borrowing limit of the company from the existing Rs 3000 crore to Rs 5000 crore.

The board has decided to create mortgage / charge on the assets of the company in favour of the lenders aggregating to Rs 5000 crore.

Further, the board has decided to increase the authorised capital of the company from Rs 200 crore to Rs 300 crore.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 15 December 2007.
