NRB Bearings to enter into joint venture with Schneeberger, Switzerland
For marketing their products in India
The board of NRB Bearings has approved the proposal to enter into joint venture with Schneeberger, Switzerland for marketing their products in India viz, high precision linear motion products and measurement systems/units. The investment in the share capital by the company will be Rs 22.5 lakh in phases.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 31 October 2007.
