The board will also consider the redemption of 5,00,000 numbers of 0.01% non-cumulative redeemable preference shares (unlisted) of face value of Rs 100 each held by Asahi India Glass Co, Japan and payment of proportionate dividend thereon for the financial year 2007-2008.
