Sharyans Resources to allot equity shares
To Kempro Traders & A K Equities
The board of Sharyans Resources has transacted the allotment of 5,00,000 equity shares to Kempro Traders (promoter) and 5,00,000 equity shares to A K Equities (person in promoter group) totaling to 10,00,000 equity shares out of the authorised share capital of the company, pursuant to exercise of conversion option of warrants allotted to them on 02 June 2006.
This was transacted at the board meeting held on 16 October 2007.
