Further, the board has also approved capital expenditure on expansion of hydrogenation capacity at dombivali plant from current capacity of 3000 M.T./P.A to 7500 M.T/P.A within span of three months. With this expansion the company will be able to higher its production capacity and will have few more products to offer to the world market.

These warrants were allotted at the board meeting held on 01 October 2007.
