The board of Cubex Tubings has accepted the resignation of Vinod Chand Bothra, director of the company.
Further, the board has decided to convert 11,70,000 share warrants in to 11,70,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 38 per share allotted to the promoters & the persons other than promoters.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 22 September 2007.
