Indiabulls Real Estate allots 19 lakh equity shares
On conversion of warrants
Indiabulls Real Estate has allotted 19 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants to Worldpart. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,26,98,61,874 divided into 63,49,30,937 equity shares.
