H.G. Solar Projects, a wholly owned subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering, has incorporated the following wholly owned subsidiary companies:

1. H.G. Tijara Solar Project
2. H.G. Bhiwadi Solar Project
3. H.G. Bhilwara Solar Project
4. H.G. Kota Solar Project
