Board of Gland Pharma recommends final dividend
Of Rs 20 per share
Gland Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 20 per equity Share (i.e. 2000%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
