Infosys has allotted 3,70,503 equity shares under Incentive Compensation Plan and Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program.
Consequently, on 21 May 2024, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 20,75,94,76,475/- divided into 4,15,18,95,295 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each.
