Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation recommends final dividend
Of Rs 55 per share
Chennai Petroleum Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 April 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 55 per equity Share (i.e. 550%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
