Board of Rama Steel Tubes approves raising up to Rs 500 cr via FPO
At meeting held on 22 April 2024
The Board of Rama Steel Tubes at its meeting held on 22 April 2024 has approved the raising of funds by way of further issue of equity shares for an aggregate amount of up to Rs. 500 crore by way of a further public offer.
