RBL Bank has allotted 2,90,625 equity shares under ESOP on 13 March 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 60,48,09,260 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 604,80,92,600 to 60,50,99,885 equity shares of Rs. 1 each aggregating to Rs. 605,09,98,850.
