RBL Bank has allotted 2,11,859 equity shares under ESOP on 01 March 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,45,97,401 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 604,59,74,010 to 60,48,09,260 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 604,80,92,600.
