Board of Highways Infrastructure Trust recommends final dividend
Of Rs 3.6579 per share
Highways Infrastructure Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 February 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.6579 per equity Share (i.e. 3.65%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
