Board of Tech Mahindra approves amendment to scheme of merger
At meeting held on 24 January 2024
The Board of Tech Mahindra at its meeting held on 24 January 2024 has approved an amendment to the Scheme of Merger by Absorption approved by it on 24 October 2023 to include merger of Thirdware Solution, wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company to the said Scheme and consequently approved the Modified Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Perigord Premedia (India) (PPIPL or Transferor Company 1), Perigord Data Solutions (India)(PDSIPL or Transferor Company 2), Tech Mahindra Cerium (TMCPL or Transferor Company 3) and Thirdware Solution (TSL or Transferor Company 4) (together referred to as Transferor Companies), wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, with the Company and their respective shareholders (Scheme).
