Board of Savita Oil Technologies approves investment of Rs 125 cr in Savita GreenTec
At meeting held on 17 January 2024
The Board of Savita Oil Technologies at its meeting held on 17 January 2024 has agreed to subscribe 12,50,00,000 Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) having face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each, at par, aggregating to Rs. 125 crore, issued on private placement basis by Savita GreenTec, wholly-owned subsidiary company.
