Kolte Patil Developers raises Rs 110.90 cr via NCDs
Kolte Patil Developers has allotted 11,090 Senior, Secured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs 110.90 crore on a private placement basis to Marubeni Corporation, Japan
