The Board of Confidence Petroleum India at its meeting held on 15 December 2023 has approved the allotment of 2,50,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants.
With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 28,80,01,423 (28,80,01,423 equity shares of Rs. 1 each)
