Metro Brands allots 78,599 equity shares under ESOP
Metro Brands has allotted 78,599 equity shares under ESOP on 11 December 2023. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,359,327,095 (consisting of 271,865,419 Equity Shares of Rs. 5 each).
