Board of DCX Systems approves fund raising up to 500 cr
At meeting held on 16 November 2023
The Board of DCX Systems at its meeting held on 16 November 2023 has approved fund raising for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 500 crore in one or more tranches by way of public issue, preferential issue, rights issue, private placement(s), qualified institutions placement(s) and/or any combination thereof.
