Religare Enterprises has allotted 10,36,900 equity shares under ESOP on 02 November 2023. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid up equity capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 3,28,39,12,630/- divided into 32,83,91,263 equity shares of
Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 3,29,42,81,630/- divided into 32,94,28,163 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
