KIMS hikes stake in subsidiary - SPANV Medisearch Lifesciences
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has made a further investment by acquiring an additional equity stake of 5.72% in SPANV Medisearch Lifesciences, subsidiary Company. Consequently, the Company now holds 62.44% of the total paid-up equity share capital of SPANV Medisearch Lifesciences.
