The Board of Newgen Software Technologies at its meeting held on 17 October 2023 has allotted 1,13,700 equity shares to Newgen ESOP Trust, under the Newgen Software Technologies Limited ESOP Scheme 2022.
With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 69,95,57,010 to Rs. 70,06,94,010.
