Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 35,73,04,106 consisting of 17,86,52,053 equity shares of ₹ 2/- each to Rs 35,73,16,774 consisting of 17,86,58,387 equity shares of ₹ 2/- each.
