RBL Bank has allotted 3,50,245 equity shares under ESOP on 15 September 2023. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,10,09,396 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 601,00,93,960 to 60,13,59,641 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 601,35,96,410.
