C.E. Info Systems makes further investment of Rs 9 cr in Kogo Tech Labs
C.E. Info Systems has further acquired 35,000 CCPS at the price of Rs. 2571/- per CCPS constituting 18.62% on fully diluted basis of Kogo Tech Labs aggregating to approx. Rs. 9 crore. With this acquisition the total shareholding of the Company in Kogo Tech Labs shall become 39.89% on fully diluted basis.
