1. Resignation of Vipul Khanna (DIN: 00889710) as a Director and
from the Post of MD & CEO of the Company with effect from 31 August 2023.
2. Appointment of Ritesh Mohan Idnani (DIN: 06403188) as an Additional Director and the MD & CEO of the Company with effect from 01 September 2023.
3. Appointment of T. C. Suseel Kumar (DIN: 06453310) as an Additional Director (Non Executive, Independent Director) with effect from
1 September 2023.
4. Appointment of Rekha Sethi (DIN: 06809515) as an Additional Director (Non Executive, Independent Director) with effect from 1 September 2023.
