Transport Corporation of India announces dissolution of its wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore
Transport Corporation of India announced that TCI Holdings SA&E, Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has been struck off from the registers of Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Singapore on 7 August 2023 and the intimation of the same was received by the Company on 15 August 2023.
