Board of Surya Roshni approves sub-division of shares
At meeting held on 11 August 2023
The Board of Surya Roshni at its meeting held on 11 August 2023 has approved sub-division of existing l(one) equity share of face value Rs 10/- each of the Company into 2(two) equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each held as on the record date (to be notified later), subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
