The Board has in-principally approved the raising of funds not exceeding Rs 90 crore by way of issuance of equity shares in one or more tranches through preferential allotment or any other mode. The proceeds from the aforesaid proposed fund raising are intended to be utilised for meeting funding requirements and growth objectives of the company and its businesses.
