Zomato has allotted 2,52,59,179 equity shares under ESOP on 31 July 2023. Consequent to aforesaid allotment the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital of the Company would be increased from Rs. 8,57,91,87,036/- (consisting of 8,57,91,87,036 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each) to Rs. 8,60,44,46,215/- (consisting of 8,60,44,46,215 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each).
