Board of Shyam Metalics & Energy approves fund raising up to Rs 3600 cr
At meeting held on 27 July 2023
The Board of Shyam Metalics & Energy at its meeting held on 27 July 2023 has approved the proposal for raising of fund by way of one or more public/private offerings/preferential allotment or QIB or any combination thereof upto an aggregate amount of Rs. 3600 crore in one or more tranches subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
