Board of Aarti Drugs approves buyback of shares up to Rs 59.85 cr
At meeting held on 21 July 2023
The Board of Aarti Drugs at its meeting held on 21 July 2023 has approved buyback of up to 6,65,000 fully paid up equity shares of the company at a price of Rs 900 per equity share in cash for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 59.85 crore.
