D B Realty receives NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation and arrangement
On 10 July 2023
D B Realty announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai bench has passed an order dated 10 July 2023 approving the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement (Scheme) entered into amongst Platinumcorp Affordable Builders (Transferor Company) and Royal Netra Constructions (Transferee Company) a subsidiary of the Company and their respective shareholders under Sections 230 to 232, Section 66 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
