Board of Shilpa Medicare approves rights issue of Rs 325 cr
At meeting held on 23 June 2023
The Board of Shilpa Medicare at its meeting held on 23 June 2023 has approved the increase in authorised share capital from Rs 9.50 crore to Rs 11 crore. The Board also approved a rights issue up to Rs 325 crore. The Board also approved the scheme of amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary - Shilpa Therapeutics.
