Sapphire Foods India has allotted 11,043 equity shares under ESOP on 15 June 2023.
Consequent to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 63,58,83,240 divided into 6,35,88,324 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
