Board of Punjab & Sind Bank approves fund raising up to Rs 750 cr
At meeting held on 12 June 2023
The Board of Punjab & Sind Bank at its meeting held on 12 June 2023 has approved raising of capital up to Rs 750 crore through issuance of Basel III compliant additional tier I bonds and tier II bonds in one or more tranches within a period of 12 months.
