Board of Satin Creditcare Network approves evaluation of fund raising options
At meeting held on 12 June 2023
The Board of Satin Creditcare Network at its meeting held on 12 June 2023 has inter-alia authorized the officials of the Company to further evaluate a potential transaction of fund raising by way of issuance of securities and then present for consideration of the Board, the fund raising proposals/options involving issuance of securities.
