RattanIndia Power update on redemption of NCDs
|

|
|
|
|
|
RattanIndia Power announced that ADITYA BIRLA ARC LIMITED (ARC) acting in its capacity as the trustee of the ABARC-AST-002 TRUST, the debenture holder, holding inter – alia 1,96,500 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs. 1,00,000/- each (issued in December 2020), has amended the documents leading to modification in the date of redemption for the balance outstanding to 19 June 2023. Further, the Company has been servicing its debt along with applicable interest.
The outstanding amount payable against these NCDs is approx. Rs. 461.25 crore as on 09 June 2023, for which the Company has signed a term sheet for availing a refinancing facility to repay.
