Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 1,24,376 equity shares under ESOS on 06 June 2023. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 24,18,85,90,420 (i.e. 2,41,88,59,042 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each) to Rs 24,18,98,34,180 (i.e. 2,41,89,83,418 equity shares of face value Rs10/- each).
