Board of Shyam Metalics & Energy recommends dividend
Of Rs 1.8 per share
Shyam Metalics & Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2023, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 1.8 per equity Share (i.e. 18%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
