Board of Kolte Patil Developers approves fund raising up to Rs 800 cr
At meeting held on 25 May 2023
The Board of Kolte Patil Developers at its meeting held on 25 May 2023 has approved fund raising up to Rs 800 crore. The Board also approved increase in borrowing limits of the company up to Rs 1500 crore.
