Board of Texmaco Rail & Engineering recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.0.15 per share
Texmaco Rail & Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2023, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.0.15 per share (i.e.15%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
