Kirloskar Industries allots 4.55 lakh convertible warrants
Kirloskar Industries has allotted 4,55,580 convertible warrants on a preferential basis at an issue price of Rs 2195 per warrant to Atul Kirloskar and Rahul Kirloskar, the promoters of the Company.

The Company has received 25% of the total consideration amounting to ` Rs 12.50 crore from each of the aforesaid allottees on 25 April 2023, in respect of the warrants allotted to each of them, in accordance with applicable laws
