EKI Energy Services has allotted 1401 equity shares under ESOP on 18 April 2023. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 27,51,14,130 comprising of 2,75,11,413 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 27,51,28,140 comprising of 2,75,12,814 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up.
