Federal Bank raises Rs 995 cr via Tier-II Subordinate Bonds
Federal Bank has raised Rs 995 crore by issue and allotment of 995 Unsecured Basel III compliant Tier-II Subordinate Bonds in the nature of debentures of Rs 1 crore each to LIC on private placement basis on 29 March 2023. The said debentures shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India.
